SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Shwezu original ware, we provide FREE delivery for all orders over R850.00 to any address within South Africa in our online shop. However, note that we do not deliver to Postnet, Paxi, and PO Boxes, military and restricted areas.

We use the services of The Courier Guy together with PUDO.

We do deliver internationally but will send you a proper quotation from Shipper Couriers for your account. They are a very reliable company but we will not take responsibility for any loss or damages occurred during the delivery. Please feel free to contact us.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

If we do not have immediate stock on your order, it will go into the production line with manufacturing. All our products are handmade and it take between 7-10 working days to complete and we will try our best to stick to these standards.

When the order is ready to dispatch, an email, sms or whatsApp message confirmation will be sent to you. We do not send any tracking waybill numbers to customers because courier companies are handling all our parcels. Please inform us if you have not received your parcel within 7 working days after receiving the confirmation message.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept different payments methods, including, EFT, MasterCard, and VISA with most of the main South African banks. As soon as we receive your proof of payment, your order will be processed.
